When: December 13, 2009 where you lift! You have all day then get back on-line and log in your numbers. Honesty counts and top people must notarize and witness to be invited to NYC. Teams decided by on-line cumulative team numbers. Cheaters destroyed this economy so do not cheat!

How The Bench Press Contest Works

Take your best max lift + your endurance set (reps X weight) = your total for qualifying round. Your Team and state wins if they cumulatively lift the most. As a country we can capture and create our own World Records title for most cumulative weight lifted in a single weight lifting event by a country. Guiness Book record seperate see details.

Our contest is about American muscle - the strong back type. Do you have the best bench press technique and endurance? Do you dream of a bench press total that means something? Is Ryan Kennelly your hero? Well then, get started with this fun bench press competition, lay down on that powerlifting bench, and get into more body building with bench press strength training.

Get it up America! Find the power in you. Bodybuilding is hard work, just like rebuilding America, but it can be fun too when you participate in a Bench Press Contest.
